God is great!
HE has been working on our behalf! Even though much time has passed since my last update that doesn't mean there isn't news. In fact the news is great!!! Our mighty and loving God has provided! We are nearing completion of the inaugural Step By Step Children's Orphanage in the Ashanti regional capitol of Kumasi, Ghana. The construction is complete and final details are being taken care of for a projected mid year opening. I will be relocating to Kumasi at the end of April and will be directing the final details in anticipation of receiving the first children into their new home.
We have a home for approximately 30-45 children and the location "Abuakwa" will be our temporary home while the greater project is being developed. We will refer to our Orphanage home as "Step By Step Children's Orphanage - Abuakwa Campus" so as to not confuse it with the 22 acre project we are planning. YES...I said 22 acres!!! Originally blessed with 8 acres, the vision and plan has expnded to a greater scope of influence. God's strategic positioning of Step By Step Worldwide in Ghana will give us not only the place to establish our missionary and evangelism campus, but His divine protection within the borders of this Christian nation, and provisional resources to expand our outreach to the entire continent of Africa.

As we proceed, we have been given an open-ended offer for as much land as we need to expand the vision and make it a reality! Our Lord through one of our founding partners, Christ Apostolic Church International in Ghana, has donated 22 acres of land in the Kumasi area to give us the ability to proceed with the Step By Step Worldwide Ministries project. We have met with an architect and when I arrive in Ghana this spring we will proceed with developing the site plans.

Our new website is nearing completion and will launch very soon! We have included much information on the expanded vision and plans for Step By Step Worldwide Ministries & Step By Step Children's Orphanage. There will be videos of the project, the vision for the children, photos, and missionary opportunities. Once we begin receiving children into the "Abuakwa" Orphanage home, we will post profiles and photos of our children. We will keep updating regularly from this site and announce the next steps as the Lord leads.

We have plans to expand into the entire continent of Africa with the gospel and need surrendered, consecrated hearts for God to propagate the message of salvation to Ghana and to all the nations of Africa.
